Ann Craig-Cinnamon is a broadcast professional with thirty years of experience in both radio and television. For most of her career, she served as the host of popular high profile morning radio shows. She also has been a TV anchor/reporter and the News Director of a statewide radio network. Ann and her husband, John, are currently the publishers of an Indianapolis area magazine and she writes regularly for several other publications as well. A popular travel public speaker, Ann has visited all fifty states, more than seventy countries and all seven continents. Her proudest accomplishment, however, is being the mother of two sons.
Ann’s broadcast career spans working at iconic Indianapolis radio stations such as WIFE-AM, WNAP-FM and WENS-FM where she was the face and voice of the station for almost a decade. As a trailblazer for women in the Indianapolis radio market, she is featured in a full-length documentary, Naptown Rock Radio Wars, which is about the history of radio in Indianapolis.
Additionally, she has had a side career as a freelance voice artist with local, regional, and national clients, including the telephone company, for which she was the voice for many years.
As a freelance writer, Ann has written on topics including politics, business, travel and personal profiles. Her blog, www.annandjohnsexcellentadventures.blogspot.com, chronicles her extensive world travels that include visiting such exotic destinations as Easter Island, Tibet and Antarctica. On her extreme bucket list is a trip back to Tehran to revisit the place that challenged her to discover who she is and taught her that she is capable of doing anything.
